I've enabled IPv4 SSH access to VPS hosts and slowservers.net (for signup.)
For example, signup@slowservers.net can be reached like this:
ssh -p 20102 signup@142.249.45.11
It used to only work over IPv6 or .onion.
Want to get to your VPS' serial console with IPv4? Or a Tor Hidden Service? Find your host's page, and look for "endpoints."
If there's interest, I can add I2P as well.
Have a IPv6-only VPS and want to be able to reach it's SSH port via IPv4? I can set that up for you.
